I was looking for an app that can translate tickets automatically. Found this one and decided to try it. My team and I were excited when we received incoming tickets in our native language. No need to go to another page and translate the ticket. Many tickets are repetitive from time to time. We translated many of them once and used the translated templates to change headings or order information. So, if you organize your support ticket translation process right, it could be cost-saving. Besides that, customer support is very responsive. Five stars from me

Starting from installation to uploading your own glossary and translating tickets, all steps are pretty easy and user-friendly in Translate. This app can help small support teams like ours reduce reply time and increase customer satisfaction. We were looking for a product to help us sound native and clear in different languages. Besides customer support localization, Translate covers our translations of the knowledge base and articles. The one subscription for different kinds of translation is quite nice. I honestly enjoy what their team is doing! Waiting for new features.

What I like the most about the Translate.com Zendesk app is that it’s a simple-to-use tool. I can easily submit incoming messages and receive a quality translation in different languages. When I had a problem with their app, the customer support helped me solve it very fast, and they were super friendly. But I experienced one disadvantage – you can wait for a long time to get translations into some languages. And I had to wait for more than 2 days for a translation in Norwegian or in Dutch.

The variety of Translate.com services is great. I love using the Zendesk integration app at work! It is easy to install, and you can start using it at once. All customer requests get translated back to us quickly and we understand completely what is going on. I'd recommend this app to anyone. Moreover, the price is fair, so, honestly, I can't complain. You get good value for your money and this app helps out more than I could ever have imagined.
