This app is very convenient for our GDPR compliance: it simplifies bulk deletion of users/requests. What I particularly enjoy is that the app does not store any data: our data stays within Zendesk. It's also very easy to use!

Great app with an important feature that is sadly missing from Zendesk by default. We were able to easily delete tons of tickets and users, which saved a lot of time. In addition, the app is very easy to use. Highly recommended!

This is a slick app that allowed us to tackle several thorny issues. First it allowed us easy one click permanent deletion of our soft deleted users with the Purge Bin. It also allowed us to set the same parameters for automatic deletion of unused accounts that our dev teams also use. Very happy with it's performance too! I didn't notice any slowness on my machine while it ran in the background. It worked exactly as advertised.
