Voucher Code

Has been an absolute game changer for us. We utilise discount codes heavily in our CX Capacity, and working off spreadsheets was tiresome, confusing and problematic. The ease of use, the speed of the app and the functionality of utilising macros to pull codes has had a dramatic effect on reducing our overall retention, cancellations and card refunds. Can't recommend highly enough.

Once we saw this app we immediately moved away from sheets and approval via Manager to empowerment via this APP. You can set thresholds in the APP who is allowed to assign which voucher etc. And full transparent reporting so we can verify with agents on Vouchers given out for support. Really a no-brainer to have this one selected on your Zendesk for better support and more empowered agents. Rob
