Hemos actualizado nuestra página para que quede un poco más claro. Si tiene acceso a Looker y le gustaría probar Customer 360 nuevamente, avísenos. We love Customer 360. Super easy to set up and maintain, the team was great in helping us set up everything in just a few days and we're now using it on a daily basis to give our agents access to more information via Looker quickly and easily. Since the app is able to look up the requester email and automatically filter Looker dashboards accordingly, there are no clicks needed. Agents literally have information at their fingertips! Happy customers!

We started using Customer 360 because building an internal read-only dashboard for our support agents would take too much eng time and resources to finish. I was able to build a dashboard in a day or two and increase our agent's performance by 25%. That is, our backlog is now 25% lower because our agents don't need to dependent on me for data. The app is really simple to use and the team at Customer 360 is super helpful at getting you set up. Their documentation is thorough and they've gone above and beyond to help us get set up! I can't be thankful enough for this app!
