After 7 years of experience in CX and Zendesk, I decided to create a company that offers global customer experience solutions for Startups: from agents to consulting, from process optimization to tool implementation, and more.
I've had the opportunity to drive many customer service tools and organizations, and today we have built an incredible team for whom time zones or language are not boundaries. We help companies in Europe, the US, and LATAM, and handle projects in French, English, and Spanish.
